Complete EFI (electronic fuel injection) kit for Mercedes-Benz M110 K Jetronic engines.

The EFI kit offered by Elbe Engineering is the only reasonable alternative to the original parts in case of failure of injectors (new original part: 3000 Euros) and/or ignition module (new original part about 3000 Euros).

The production of original fuel distributors and its components has been discontinued and it is unlikely that unused ones will be found on the market. Replacing them with used parts offered on the aftermarket may not be the solution to the problems that have arisen.

The EFI kit offered by Elbe Engineering ensures better engine starting, smoother operation and significant fuel savings, especially if the original fuel system is worn out. The modern engine control unit allows very precise metering of fuel and igniting it at just the right moment – impossible to achieve with mechanical control.

The EFI kit includes the latest generation wide band lambda controller with a sensor that regulates the fuel supply so that the fuel mixture is always optimal. The wide band lambda (oxygen) sensor excels the older and simpler narrow band oxygen sensor in resolution. The result is a more accurate fuel mixture, which technically means higher torque and lower fuel consumption.

Distributor-free ignition system allows for any advance angle, at any time and RPM. Optimal fuel metering and highly accurate ignition timing yield to increased economy and performance. Depending on the car model, fuel savings may reach 2 to 2.5 l per 100 km, which reduces CO2 emissions by 47-57 g / km.

The installation of the EFI kit offered by Elbe Engineering does not require any modifications to your car. Just remove the old system, replace it with new one and turn the key.

Preserving the old system makes it easy to restore the car’s originality later.

The installation of our EFI kit makes these older cars more easy to drive, more economical and less polluting than before. There is no need to worry about starting the engine or operating the car in different modes.

Also, the kit offers the possibility to make a quick diagnosis or read engine parameters via Bluetooth using an Android device.
